I partner with teens to find practical, authentic ways out of rutted patterns and relationship friction.

SESSION EXPERIENCE

WHAT IT IS LIKE TO WORK WITH ME

My style is authentic, approachable, and straightforward. I don’t believe therapy should be an adult sitting across the room telling a teenager how to live their life. I work alongside teens so they can relax, be themselves, and have honest conversations about anxiety, difficult emotions, school, relationships, family conflict, motivation, grief, or the future — without feeling judged or analyzed.

THERAPIST FIT

I WORK ESPECIALLY WELL WITH TEENS WHO…

01.

Teens who are anxious, depressed, withdrawn, overwhelmed, frustrated, or difficult for parents to reach.

02.

Teens dealing with grief, adjustment difficulties, emotional regulation, or school stress.

03.

Teens struggling with parent-child conflict, communication problems, motivation, identity, or decisions about the future.

04.

Parents who want a collaborative therapist who can support their teen while also improving understanding and communication at home.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

HOW I WORK

Therapy should fit the teenager, not the other way around. I use a collaborative, supportive, and practical approach and draw from evidence-based methods based on the teen’s personality, challenges, and goals. We focus on strengths, patterns that may be keeping them stuck, emotional regulation, motivation, coping, communication, and realistic next steps toward change.
