I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where teens can safely unpack difficult experiences at their own pace.

SESSION EXPERIENCE

WHAT IT IS LIKE TO WORK WITH ME

My style is warm, collaborative, and accepting. I don’t use therapy to lecture teens or tell them who they should become. I focus on creating enough safety for them to talk honestly, understand their emotions, recognize their strengths, and build confidence. We can work through anxiety, depression, family conflict, school stress, trauma, self-esteem, or questions about identity at a pace that respects the teen in front of me.

THERAPIST FIT

I WORK ESPECIALLY WELL WITH TEENS WHO…

01.

Teens who feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or unsure where they belong.

02.

Teens struggling with low self-esteem, identity, school stress, or family conflict.

03.

Teens who have experienced trauma or difficult life events and need a safe, compassionate space to process them.

04.

Parents who want support without blame and want to strengthen communication and connection with their teen.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

HOW I WORK

Every teen has their own story, strengths, and pace for healing. I use a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed approach and tailor the work to what each teen needs. We may focus on thought patterns, emotional safety, family attachment, processing painful experiences, or simply creating a relationship where a teen can be honest without shame or criticism.
