FAMILY CONFLICT
You may love each other deeply and still be stuck in a pattern where questions feel like criticism, boundaries feel like control, and nobody feels heard by the end.

Support built for where they are right now.
RECOGNIZABLE PATTERNS
Therapy can help slow the cycle down, identify what each person is reacting to, rebuild clearer communication and boundaries, and create new responses before everyone is fully escalated.
There is rarely one simple reason a teen gets stuck. Development, stress, temperament, relationships, school, sleep, attention, past experiences, family patterns, and biology can all play a role. We focus on understanding the pattern well enough to know what may actually help — not on attaching a label as quickly as possible.
Depending on the family, the right starting point may be Family Therapy, Teen Therapy, Parent Coaching, or a combination. We focus on the actual interaction pattern rather than assigning one person the role of “the problem.”
CLINICAL MATCH
The concern matters. The relationship does too. We can help you think through which therapist may fit your teen's personality, needs, and preferences.

Founder & CEO | Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I’ve spent more than 23 years helping teens and families move through difficult seasons. I bring deep empathy, direct conversation, and humor — while always taking your teen’s growth seriously.

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
I bring a calm, steady, judgment-free approach and help teens turn difficult emotions, school pressure, ADHD, and family conflict into practical skills they can actually use.

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
I work alongside teens rather than talking at them. The goal is to understand what is keeping them stuck, recognize their strengths, and build realistic ways to move forward.
FAQ
It depends on the goal. Some work happens with the whole family; some may involve parents, the teen, or different combinations.
We can start by talking with the parent about the pattern and whether Parent Coaching or Teen Therapy may be a more workable entry point.
The goal is not to declare a winner. It is to understand the cycle, the needs underneath it, and what each person can do differently.
That can become part of the work. Inconsistent expectations or conflict between caregivers can make parent-teen problems harder to change.
You do not need to be sure. Tell us what you are seeing and we can help you think through whether this concern, another issue, or a combination may be the better fit.
