I help teens navigate ADHD, academic overwhelm, and relational friction with steady, actionable support.

SESSION EXPERIENCE

WHAT IT IS LIKE TO WORK WITH ME

My style is calm, steady, and straightforward. My first goal is to create a judgment-free space where teens feel respected and understood. Some sessions are about untangling difficult emotions or family conflict; others focus on practical tools for handling stress, ADHD, emotional regulation, confidence, or everyday challenges at school and home.

THERAPIST FIT

I WORK ESPECIALLY WELL WITH TEENS WHO…

01.

Teens with ADHD who struggle with focus, regulation, follow-through, or feeling constantly frustrated with themselves.

02.

Teens dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, or behavioral challenges.

03.

Teens affected by school pressure, friendship stress, or ongoing conflict at home.

04.

Parents who want to better understand what is happening beneath the surface and support progress without breaking their teen’s trust.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

HOW I WORK

I adapt therapy to the individual teen rather than forcing everyone into the same model. I draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to help teens shift unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, reduce avoidance, build confidence, and improve family connection. The work is practical, collaborative, and designed to make sense in everyday life.

Evidence-Informed Modalities Drawn Upon:
